CFP Certification Program

CFP Certification Program can be pursued in a self-study, distance learning manner, or a full-time classroom mode.

This program is suitable for those who wish to continue in employment, as well as those who are currently students and desire to qualify for the CFPCM Certification while pursing their course of study. Course books will be regularly couriered to the student.

•	15 to 20 hours of tutorial for each module.
•	Work book for each module containing a question bank based on examination pattern with solutions
•	Facility of e-mailing of queries to our faculty for resolution of problem.

Eligibility

Graduate or students pursing graduation from a recognized university (CFPCM designation is offered on completing graduation and acquiring the relevant work experience). For the junior designation of AFP, the minimum qualification is 10+2 without any work experience.

Admission Process

The admission process is open round the year. Applications are required to enrol with SEFS Centre for Financial Planning for pursuing this program. The minimum time required to get the CFPCM Certification is about a year and the maximum duration is seven years.

Examination Calendar

Students are required to study all 6 modules, but will have to sit for only 5 examinations. While no independent examination is held for the ‘Introduction to Financial Planning’ module, 20% weight is given to it in the examinations of subsequent 4 modules. Examinations are held in the first week of February, April, June, August, October and December every year.
