To develop a leading-edge financial services sector workforce to support India as an international financial centre, SEFS will be working with the leading Government bodies, Institutions and Associations to assemble a group of training and assessment providers to conduct training programmes that will cover the entire financial services industry.

SEFS intends to play a key role in setting up a collaborative network comprising governmental agencies, suppliers and users of education and training within the financial sector, and other relevant parties. SEFS seeks to attract and develop a pool of credible, high quality and internationally recognized training providers to join SEFS as a partner.
